Ms. Shanece M. Dedeaux has been serving the Greater Seattle area with proven success. She has successfully litigated Trust and Estate matters, Contract Disputes, Construction Defect matters, and Insurance Defense matters. Ms. Dedeaux has also successfully argued dispositive motions and has recovered several hundred thousand dollars in attorney's fees for clients. In addition to her experience as a litigator, Shanece has assisted clients with estate planning, probate administration, and contract drafting, including operation agreements and various real estate documents. Shanece has also assisted clients with prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. Most recently, Ms. Dedeaux has negotiated favorable personal injury settlements for her clients.

Currently pursuing a degree in Sociology with a concentration in Liberal Studies Pre-law, Sajia brings a unique interdisciplinary perspective to her work. With a keen interest in the intricacies of society and a focus on legal studies, Sajia has developed extensive expertise in public speaking, time management, and proficiency in tools such as Word and Excel. Her multifaceted skill set, coupled with her deep understanding of legal concepts, makes her a valuable asset to our legal team. Known for her exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, Sajia excels in managing complex tasks and deadlines. Her ability to navigate the nuances of legal research and her proficiency in utilizing technological tools makes her more than equip to handle all your legal needs.
